1/2 cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 3/4 cup Icing Sugar
250 ml cream cheese (cold)
Place butter in a saucepan and swirl and cook until golden brown over low heat.Allow to cool completely then add icing sugar and vanilla essenceAdd pieces of the cold cream cheese to the icing.
Decorate with chopped peanut brittle, salted caramel sauce and a dusting of cinnamon.
